Role & Responsibilities

  • Support all departments on the sales floor, including Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
  • Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
  • Monitor and align store sales performance with company objectives.
  • Support Operations team in maintaining merchandising standards and executing visual updates.
  • Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance customer experience.
  • Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and adjust staffing to meet client needs.
  • Participate in the interviewing process and champion talent development.
  • Promote Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Qualifications

  • One to three years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

Skills

Ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback. Strong client service skills. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

Minimum of three years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation
