Role & Responsibilities
- Support all departments on the sales floor, including Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Monitor and align store sales performance with company objectives.
- Support Operations team in maintaining merchandising standards and executing visual updates.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance customer experience.
- Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and adjust staffing to meet client needs.
- Participate in the interviewing process and champion talent development.
- Promote Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.
Qualifications
- One to three years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of three years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation
