Sephora Services Lead position in Toronto, ON. Full-time retail supervisory role overseeing store operations, managing sales teams, and driving client service excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee execution of Sephora's selling model across all Beauty Advisors and departments
  • Monitor store sales performance and identify opportunities to align departmental teams with company objectives
  • Support the Operations team in maintaining visual merchandising concepts and sales floor displays at company standards
  • Execute promotional animations and merchandising updates as required
  • Serve as Manager on Duty, engaging with staff and clients on the sales floor
  • Analyze store business performance and adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations
  • Participate in the hiring and interviewing process for team members
  • Ensure zoning optimization on the sales floor to support client needs
  • Demonstrate Sephora core values including passion for client service, innovation, expertise, work-life balance, respect, teamwork, and initiative

Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role at a comparable volume store
  • Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
  • Strong client service skills and customer engagement capabilities
  • Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Retail or beauty industry experience preferred

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education in retail management, business administration, or a related field is an asset but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
