Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure all Beauty Advisors execute Sephora's selling model and deliver outstanding client service across assigned departments
- Monitor store sales performance and departmental opportunities, aligning team members with established financial goals
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and execute floor animations and updates to maintain company-standard presentation
- Act as Manager on Duty within the store and engage with both team members and clients on the sales floor
- Demonstrate understanding of store business opportunities and adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations and operational needs
- Participate in the interviewing and recruitment process for store team members
- Embody Sephora values including passion for client service, innovation, expertise, work-life balance, respect for all, teamwork, and initiative
Qualifications
- One to three years' experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role at a comparable retail volume location
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Strong client service skills with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with customers
- Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities
