Sephora Services Lead position in Niagara Falls, Canada; lead retail sales floor operations, manage teams, and drive client service excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Beauty Advisors properly execute Sephora's selling model and achieve department-specific sales goals
  • Monitor store sales performance and identify opportunities to align team members with business objectives
  • Support the Operations team by maintaining merchandising concepts and visual standards across the sales floor
  • Execute visual merchandising animations and updates according to company specifications
  • Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with team members and clients on the sales floor
  • Demonstrate strategic understanding of sales performance and identify business development opportunities
  • Optimize staffing levels and zoning to meet client expectations and service standards
  • Participate in the recruitment and interviewing process for store team members
  • Model Sephora values including passion for client service, innovation, expertise, work-life balance, respect for all, teamwork, and initiative

Qualifications

  • One to three years' experience in a similar supervisory role at a comparable-volume retail location
  • Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback

Experience
