Sephora Services Lead position in Burnaby, BC. Lead store operations, manage beauty departments, and drive sales performance in a full-time retail management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure all Beauty Advisors execute Sephora's selling model and provide outstanding client service to exceed store objectives
- Monitor and support store sales performance and departmental opportunities, aligning team members with established goals
- Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor by coordinating with Operations and executing seasonal animations and updates
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with staff and clients on stage whenever possible to support client needs and department zoning
- Participate in the interviewing process for team members and demonstrate commitment to talent development and employee engagement

Qualifications
- One to three years' experience in a similar supervisory or lead role at a comparable-volume retail location
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrated strong client service skills and understanding of luxury beauty retail
- Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities

Education
