Role & Responsibilities

  • Support all departments on the sales floor, including Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
  • Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
  • Monitor store’s sales performance and align team members with goals.
  • Support visual merchandising to maintain company standards on the sales floor.
  • Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff.
  • Demonstrate understanding of store’s sales performance and business opportunities.
  • Participate in the interviewing process for the World team.
  • Demonstrate Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Qualifications

  • One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
  • Strong client service skills.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Workplace

This position is based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto. The broader Ontario area accounts for 95 active listings on Cerulean, 11 of which are new. In Canada as a whole, Cerulean currently features 237 open positions, with 23 posted this week.

Compensation

CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10/hr
