Role & Responsibilities

  • Support all departments on the sales floor, including Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
  • Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Monitor store sales performance and align department goals accordingly.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute updates as needed.
  • Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff on the sales floor.
  • Demonstrate understanding of sales performance and business opportunities.
  • Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations.
  • Participate in the interviewing process for the World team.
  • Champion employee engagement and demonstrate Sephora values.

Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
  • Strong client service skills.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
