Role & Responsibilities

  • Support all departments on the sales floor to achieve and exceed company objectives.
  • Ensure all Beauty Advisors execute Sephora’s selling model effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and execute updates as needed.
  • Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance customer experience.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of sales performance and business opportunities.
  • Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations and support needs.
  • Participate in the interviewing process and champion talent development.
  • Promote employee engagement by demonstrating Sephora values.

Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
  • Demonstrated strong client service skills.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in visual merchandising. Ability to analyze sales performance and identify opportunities. Adaptability to dynamic retail environments.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a comparable retail environment.

Compensation
