Sephora Canada — Services Lead (Full Time) in Edmonton, AB. Supervisory role overseeing client service, sales execution and visual standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop Beauty Advisors to ensure consistent execution of Sephora’s selling model and exceptional client service.
  • Act as Manager on Duty as required, making operational decisions that maintain store standards and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor departmental sales performance, identify opportunities, and align team activities with commercial targets.
  • Support visual merchandising and operations teams to maintain on-floor concepts, animations and overall presentation to company standards.
  • Manage on-floor zoning and adjust staffing levels to meet client flow and service expectations.
  • Participate in recruitment and interviewing for store roles and contribute to onboarding and talent development.
  • Drive employee engagement by modelling Sephora values and delivering ongoing feedback and performance coaching.
  • Execute operational tasks and ad-hoc store updates to ensure a polished guest experience.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a supervisory or lead role within a high-volume beauty retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to influence peers, provide constructive feedback and coach frontline sales teams.
  • Demonstrable client service excellence with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective time management, problem-solving skills and the capacity to make operational decisions as Manager on Duty.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading days.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20 to CAD 23.55 per hour.
