Sephora Canada seeks a Services Lead (Full-time) in Edmonton to lead store departments and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent execution of Sephora’s selling model across assigned departments and coach Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional client service.
- Monitor sales performance and align department priorities and team activities to meet and exceed store targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute store animations, updates and visual concepts to preserve the desired look and feel.
- Act regularly as Manager on Duty, make operational decisions on the sales floor and engage with clients and cast on-stage.
- Adjust staffing levels and zoning to respond to client flow and business needs; provide real-time direction to teams.
- Participate in recruitment and interviewing for the World team and contribute to talent selection and onboarding.

Qualifications
- One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a comparable-volume retail store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers, coach staff and provide constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated excellence in client service and driving sales performance.
- Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable acting as Manager on Duty and making operational decisions on the sales floor.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
Experience
One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a comparable-volume store or equivalent internal experience, with demonstrated leadership or lead responsibilities in a retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail management, business or cosmetology is an asset.

Compensation
