Sephora is hiring a Services Lead for its Barrie, Ontario store. Lead sales floor teams, manage operations, and drive client service excellence in this full-time supervisory role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all departmental teams on the sales floor, ensuring proper execution of Sephora's selling model and client service standards
- Monitor and analyze store sales performance by department, identifying opportunities and aligning team members with established goals
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute floor displays, animations, and seasonal updates according to company specifications
- Serve as Manager on Duty, engaging with staff and clients on the sales floor to address operational needs and client expectations
- Manage staffing levels and zone coverage to optimize client service and store operations
- Participate in hiring and interviewing processes for new team members
- Demonstrate and reinforce Sephora's core values including passion for client service, innovation, expertise, work-life balance, respect, teamwork, and initiative
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role at a high-volume retail location
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Strong client service skills with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with customers
- Excellent time management and problem-solving capabilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one to three years in a similar supervisory or lead role within a comparable high-volume retail environment, or equivalent internal experience at Sephora demonstrating progressive responsibility and sales leadership.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
