Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary field champion for SEPHORA Collection across a designated NSW district, combining sales, education, merchandising and store activation.
- Analyse weekly and monthly sales data to identify performance trends, opportunities and areas requiring intervention; recommend and implement corrective strategies to meet KPIs.
- Coach and upskill store teams and team leaders on product knowledge, selling techniques and current beauty trends through in-store training and learning materials.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (training, merchandising, store operations) to deliver store activities, launches and visual merchandising that reflect brand standards.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising, ensure shelves and testers are stocked and displays are presentation-ready; support new store openings and resets.
- Communicate brand updates, product information and campaign activity to stores via internal channels and report business results to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with store leadership.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that deliver on sales KPIs.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience delivering training and product education to retail teams; strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple store visits and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in retail, beauty or FMCG environments is highly desirable.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in retail or field sales roles, preferably within beauty or FMCG, with demonstrable success in coaching store teams, driving sales performance and executing merchandising standards across multiple locations.
Education
Certificate III/IV in Retail or a relevant tertiary qualification (business, marketing or similar) preferred; equivalent practical retail experience will be considered.
