Sephora Senior Systems Administrator in Perryman, MD: support Distribution Center network with WMS expertise. Salary $113,900–$127,300 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support DC network by identifying, resolving, and maintaining production systems settings and configurations, including auditing, research, and analysis
- Leverage Logistics Operational Process knowledge, WMS systems knowledge, and advanced Development and Troubleshooting skills to resolve complex Logistics business needs
- Resolve complex Logistics business incidents involving integration between systems including WES, WCS, and Parcel Shipping platforms
- Develop and implement SQL scripting and data collection requests for business analytics
- Conduct regular system user audits for internal and external compliance and accuracy
- Assess system performance of all DC Systems and provide suggestions for continuous performance improvements
- Perform detailed analysis of Logistics business opportunities to design and implement quality and innovative reporting solutions
- Work with IT WMS Support Team and Operations Management Team to understand and develop new business requirements
- Partner with Engineers and Reporting Specialists on best methods to build and implement effective reporting tools
- Educate DC Operations on system processes to prevent recurring issues
Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical and operational experience in WMS Systems including development and support of Warehouse Management Systems
- Expert proficiency in SQL (Oracle and MySQL) and PL/SQL
- Advanced knowledge of JDA/BY table structures
- Proficiency with Moca clients and development tools
- Strong understanding of DC operational practices and procedures
- Proven experience working directly and collaboratively with DC Operations at all levels
- Experience with omni-channel, dotcom, and retail DC systems and operations
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain and WMS concepts

8+ years of technical and operational experience in WMS Systems including development and support of Warehouse Management Systems; hands-on experience with warehouse management system architecture, integration between multiple systems (WES, WCS, Parcel Shipping), and cross-functional collaboration with DC Operations and IT teams.
