Role & Responsibilities
- Architect and develop omni-channel payment solutions ensuring security, scalability, and high performance.
- Lead technical excellence by developing secure, high-quality production code and participating in code reviews.
- Mentor offshore teams, assign tasks, and review deliverables for completeness.
- Ensure system reliability by monitoring, identifying, and resolving issues proactively.
- Contribute to system design across the tech stack, focusing on architecture, security, scalability, and performance.
- Participate in agile development sprints with a focus on timely delivery.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design.
- 4+ years of experience in cloud architecture, preferably on MS Azure.
- Proficiency in MySQL, MS SQL, NoSQL databases, and full stack development.
- 5+ years of experience in release management and performance test analysis.
- Experience in retail and eCommerce environments is a plus.

6+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a focus on payment solutions and cloud architecture.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
