Sephora seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead multi-year supply chain and merchandising systems transformations, with end-to-end ownership of planning, financial governance, risk, operational readiness, executive reporting, and cross-functional delivery. The role advances AI-enabled and agentic program management practices while mentoring teams and overseeing initiatives across Retail, Martech, and Sephora’s Supply Chain portfolio. This is a permanent position; the annual base salary is $184,680–$228,000, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications or licenses, business factors, and geographic location; bonus eligibility may also apply.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, multi-year business and technology transformations across supply chain, distribution, transportation, merchandising, and enterprise platforms.
  • Own integrated planning, financial governance, dependency and risk management, operational readiness, executive reporting, and cross-functional execution.
  • Design and use agent-assisted workflows to synthesize delivery information, maintain risks, actions, issues, and dependencies, identify schedule and financial variance, prepare decision briefs and executive reports, monitor commitments, and support scenario-based planning.
  • Determine which activities can be delegated to agents, handled through deterministic automation, or must remain human-owned.
  • Establish source controls, human approval points, output validation, auditability, and escalation practices for AI-assisted work; ensure its accuracy, confidentiality, traceability, and business outcomes.
  • Develop the team’s ability to use agents responsibly and translate successful workflows into reusable PMO standards.
  • Plan annual roadmaps, identify dependencies, and report portfolio status.
  • Partner with IT Budget Governance to facilitate budget reporting and portfolio health, coordinating course corrections with Governance and Build teams as appropriate.
  • Use AI-powered analytics, risk modeling, scenario planning, and automated reporting to improve portfolio visibility, resource allocation, and delivery outcomes.
  • Mentor Program and Project Managers on PMO standards, delivery excellence, AI-first ways of working, and AI-assisted delivery management practices.
  • Drive continuous process improvement through AI-enabled analysis, best-practice identification, workflow optimization, and governance automation.
  • Manage strategic multi-year initiatives focused on Retail and Martech.
  • Lead programs end to end, including planning, roadmap development, financial management, operational readiness, risk management, executive governance, and cross-functional execution.
  • Partner with Retail, Martech, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and senior business leaders to manage dependencies, drive decisions, and deliver key program outcomes.
  • Use AI-driven insights to identify risks, model delivery scenarios, optimize resources, improve forecasting accuracy, and develop executive recommendations.
  • Drive adoption of AI-first program management methods, including AI-assisted planning, intelligent reporting, automated governance, and agentic delivery workflows.
  • Define and monitor delivery, operational, financial, and transformation metrics; use AI to identify process improvements, productivity gains, cost optimization, and continuous enhancements across Sephora’s Supply Chain portfolio.
  • Champion modern delivery frameworks, including Agentic SDLC practices, to evolve how strategic initiatives are planned, executed, measured, and communicated.
