Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic vision for assigned skincare or makeup category, identifying growth opportunities and anticipating market trends for Sephora Collection
- Ensure revenue growth and profitability of product lines under responsibility through data-driven insights and creative approaches
- Analyze market evolution and consumer trends to define innovative product plans and relevant product mix strategy (offering, design, packaging, pricing)
- Design and implement robust launch and activation strategies for the next two years with emphasis on digital channels
- Coordinate the entire value chain, fostering harmonious collaboration with internal teams across Operations, Project Management, R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Packaging, and Finance
- Mentor and develop a junior team member while leading and unifying the broader team around category vision
- Contribute actively to strategic decisions through expert input and informed positioning in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Political Sciences, complemented by a Master's in Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of confirmed professional experience in product development with deep expertise in the cosmetics industry
- Strong analytical capability, methodical approach, and demonstrated affinity for numerical analysis
- Excellent understanding of business dynamics, market trends, and beauty product categories
