Sephora São Paulo: Senior Product and Category Analyst driving Skincare e-commerce strategy and growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee commercial planning for the category, ensuring execution of sales, margin, and profitability strategies
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including revenue, margin, average ticket value, sell-in, sell-out, and inventory levels, identifying opportunities and proposing action plans
- Build forecasts and track category performance to support decision-making and target achievement
- Plan and execute commercial and promotional strategies, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, Black Friday, and major retail calendar events
- Partner with brand partners and internal stakeholders to build business plans, conduct commercial negotiations, execute promotional activities, and develop growth strategies
- Manage category portfolio, identifying assortment opportunities, new products, and levers to optimize results
- Develop analytical presentations and executive-level reporting on performance and strategic recommendations
- Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure category strategy execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
- Previous experience in commercial, product, or e-commerce functions
- Retail experience preferred
