Sephora São Paulo is hiring a Senior Process Analyst to lead process improvement and automation for Retail Training (hybrid role).
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze, map and document end-to-end processes for the Retail Training area, identifying inefficiencies, redundancies and bottlenecks.
- Design, propose and implement process improvements and automation initiatives in collaboration with Finance, Legal, IT, Operations and other stakeholder teams.
- Develop and maintain process flows, SOPs and cross‑functional interfaces to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and compliance requirements.
- Manage project timelines, milestones and communications; monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of improvement initiatives.
- Oversee supplier/vendor relationships related to process delivery and technology implementation.
- Define operational standards and KPIs; produce reports and dashboards to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in process improvement, project management or process mapping; prior experience as a Senior Process or Projects Analyst is required.
- Advanced Excel skills — mandatory.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Proven experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean) and quality management.
- Experience designing and implementing technology‑based automation solutions and end‑to‑end process automation projects.
- Familiarity with agile planning and delivery practices; project management certification (PMP, CAPM) is a plus.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in process improvement, project management or operations analysis, with demonstrable track record delivering process mapping, automation and cross‑functional projects—preferably within retail, omnichannel or consumer goods environments.
