Sephora in São Paulo is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to join their team. This full-time role involves developing KPIs and supporting strategic decision-making in the Supply Chain department.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Supply Chain department.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to understand measurement and automation needs for key KPIs.
- Create and develop management reports, dashboards, and strategic analyses.
- Guide decision-making through comprehensive analyses and studies.
- Interpret analysis results to provide insights that enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
- Structure and revise current and future processes with a focus on automation and optimization.
- Support the S&OP area in constructing and updating monthly reporting materials, proposing new scenarios and analyses.
- Collaborate with other functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Advanced skills in Power BI.
- Experience in data analysis and management reporting, preferably in Supply Chain.
- Previous experience in retail and/or Supply Chain is advantageous.
- Experience with SAP and Relex is a plus.
- Desirable proficiency in English.
