Sephora is hiring a Senior Operations Analyst in São Paulo, Brazil. Support retail operations, manage supply chains, and ensure service excellence across locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support to retail stores, supervising maintenance activities and ensuring third-party service providers meet contractual obligations
- Execute and oversee operational checklists, providing guidance to stores on standardized procedures and compliance requirements
- Monitor and manage inbound procurement, approvals, and deliveries of supplies, materials, and products necessary for store operations
- Analyze store supply consumption patterns and coordinate timely replenishment of packaging and consumables through warehouse coordination
- Support stores in administrative and bureaucratic processes, including invoice reconciliation, variance tracking, and disposal procedures
- Manage labor-related processes for third-party vendors, liaising with legal counsel when necessary and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Oversee the launch and opening of new retail locations, maintaining schedule adherence and ensuring operational readiness
- Conduct operations training for new store openings and conduct refresher training as needed
- Coordinate and analyze cyclical and global inventory counts, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, tracking performance trends and recommending best practices to store teams
- Develop, monitor, and analyze store expense budgets, providing guidance on cost management and variance resolution
- Serve as primary communication liaison between corporate office and store locations, ensuring unified information dissemination
- Process vendor payment orders and coordinate necessary approvals through internal systems
- Verify completion and accuracy of staff scheduling across all assigned locations
- Execute system testing for various operational tools, representing the operations department during development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, retail management, or related field
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
- Availability for regular travel to store locations

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in operations, store management, or retail administration, with demonstrated expertise in process optimization, vendor management, and multi-location coordination.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
