Sephora — Senior Offer Controller in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine, France. Central EME finance role focused on sales & margin controlling and forecasting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver multi‑axis monthly analyses of sales, margin and brand budget spend; identify drivers and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain the monthly rolling forecast for sales and margin indicators across the EME offer scope.
  • Monitor financial performance, communicate risks and opportunities, and propose corrective or optimisation actions.
  • Collect and consolidate financial data for annual negotiation cycles with Offer teams and contribute to objective setting.
  • Coordinate and harmonise country-level analyses; design and share benchmarks and best practices across markets.
  • Develop and improve reporting and modelling tools (corporate systems and bespoke analyses) to enhance transparency and decision-making.
  • Support local teams and central stakeholders on ad‑hoc projects, process implementation and business change initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Master 2 (or equivalent) in Finance, Management or Control de Gestion.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in financial controlling or management control; retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical rigor, proactivity, autonomy and sense of anticipation.
  • Demonstrable experience with forecasting, budgeting and KPI-driven performance analysis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including English; ability to interact with central and country stakeholders.

Experience
