Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, run and interpret Marketing Mix Models and time series analyses to evaluate marketing channel effectiveness and inform media investment decisions.
- Lead day-to-day marketing analytics activities including data delivery, model operations, insight generation and stakeholder alignment.
- Define requirements and partner with data engineering and agencies to design scalable data pipelines that support Marketing Mix Models and broader marketing analytics use cases; monitor and troubleshoot data quality.
- Design and deliver forecasting, experimentation and advanced-analytics solutions that address business objectives and optimize marketing spend.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and executive-facing materials; present results to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
- Tell the story behind the data, communicating nuanced performance insights to diverse audiences across the organization.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of analytics experience with demonstrated impact on business decisions.
- Proven experience developing, executing and interpreting Marketing Mix Models or other regression and time series models.
- Hands-on experience in Paid Media marketing or analytics, ideally with programmatic and paid social; familiarity with paid search, affiliate or video is a plus.
- Proficiency with SQL and R and/or Python for data extraction, transformation and modeling.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong data storytelling capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and build collaborative relationships across functions.

Experience
3–5 years of progressive marketing analytics or data science experience, including hands-on Marketing Mix Modeling or equivalent regression/time-series modeling and exposure to paid-media measurement (agency or client-side).
Education
Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, data science, computer science or a related quantitative field; master's degree or advanced analytics training preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 107,840 to USD 134,840 per annum.
