Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Senior Product Managers and Product Managers across two technology pods; set expectations, provide continuous feedback and support career growth.
- Define and evolve the multi-year Client Trust product vision across Account Security, Content Discovery, Accessibility and Compliance in partnership with business and technology leadership.
- Own product outcomes for account security and fraud mitigation, collaborating closely with Engineering, Legal, Risk and Data Privacy teams to reduce client risk.
- Drive strategy and execution for content discovery and accessibility to ensure inclusive, compliant and discoverable digital experiences across web, mobile and in-store.
- Prioritize roadmaps, manage dependencies and ensure reliable delivery across Engineering, UX, Legal, Privacy and Analytics while establishing guardrails for AI-assisted development.
- Communicate strategy, progress, risks and trade-offs proactively to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of product management experience in digital, platform or consumer-facing products with a track record of shipping complex roadmaps.
- 3–5+ years of people management experience leading product managers and developing high-performing teams.
- 5+ years owning complex, cross-functional product domains such as SEO & AI Search Optimization, Account Security & Fraud Mitigation, User-Generated Content Discovery, or Digital Regulatory Compliance.
- Proven experience leading product organizations through platform or operating-model change, including adoption of AI-assisted or AI-native development practices.
- Executive-level communication and storytelling skills with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
