Sephora — Senior Manager, Performance Media Technical Operations (Hybrid) in San Francisco, CA. Lead the martech roadmap for paid media and integrations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own the annual Performance Media marketing technology roadmap, aligning initiatives to omni‑channel sales and new client acquisition goals.
- Drive delivery of martech projects in partnership with Product and Engineering, managing timelines, milestones and outcome measurement.
- Ensure stability, continuity and maintenance of core paid‑media technical infrastructure, including tags, SDKs, APIs and integrations.
- Support and evaluate major Performance Media RFPs (e.g., MMP and publisher assessments) and partner selection processes.
- Collaborate with agencies and channel leads (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, Brand Media, RMN) to ensure data fidelity and technical execution.
- Translate technical requirements and tradeoffs into clear recommendations for commercial stakeholders and cross‑functional partners.
- Monitor privacy, consent management and evolving regulatory requirements and coordinate with Legal, Data Privacy and Info‑Security stakeholders.
- Champion scalable solutions that link online and offline performance measurement and contribute to continuous operational improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital media, ad‑tech integrations or marketing technology operations.
- Proven track record building and evolving technology roadmaps from ideation through delivery and maturity.
- Practical experience participating in or supporting RFP processes with internal and external partners.
- Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with rigorous attention to data integrity and measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey technical concepts to business audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; adaptable, solutions‑oriented and highly organized.

At least 5+ years of hands‑on experience in digital media, ad‑tech integrations and marketing technology stacks, including ownership of technical projects and vendor evaluations.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 155,975 to USD 174,325 per annum.
