Sephora Canada hiring Senior Manager, Partnerships in Toronto—lead national partnership strategy and experiential marketing initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver Sephora Canada's national partnerships strategy in alignment with business and marketing priorities, in partnership with the Director, External Communications & Partnerships
- Lead end-to-end partnership programs from strategic planning and partner negotiation through execution, reporting, and post-program analysis
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with partners, agencies, and internal teams to unlock opportunities that support brand and business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams through clear project briefs, milestones, and stakeholder communication to bring partnership initiatives to fruition
- Oversee partnership budgets, value banks, contracts, onboarding, and reporting with transparency and business acumen
- Analyze KPIs, brand health metrics, and partnership performance data to measure impact, optimize strategies, and inform future direction
- Represent Sephora Canada at events and activations with polish and attention to detail
- Monitor cultural trends, competitive landscape, and emerging partnership opportunities to maintain Sephora Canada's position at the forefront of best-in-class experiential marketing
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in strategic partnerships
- Proven track record identifying, negotiating, and nurturing high-value partnerships that create meaningful brand and business impact
- 360-degree marketing expertise with ability to connect partnerships across channels, teams, moments, and audiences
- Advanced project leadership capabilities, capable of managing complex, multi-partner programs with clear priorities and exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners through clear communication and collaboration
- Proficiency in data analysis and marketing metrics to measure success, optimize plans, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of cultural trends, consumer behavior, and the beauty and retail landscape
- Comfort with AI tools and technologies to enhance workplace productivity
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time across Canada, with potential U.S. travel as required
