Sephora Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate Communications to lead regional communications across SEA & ANZ. Hybrid role based in Singapore.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the regional corporate communications strategy across Southeast Asia & Oceania, aligning leadership messaging with business priorities and global direction.
  • Translate executive vision into a cohesive internal narrative and leadership communications program that unifies a multi-market, omni-channel retail organisation.
  • Architect and scale an integrated, multi-platform communications ecosystem (internal and external) to elevate brand and retail leadership visibility.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, partnering with HR to design and deliver town halls, webinars, video, intranet and email programs that drive culture and employee advocacy.
  • Own regional CSR and sustainability communications, adapt global programs for local implementation and drive employee volunteerism and community impact.
  • Lead reputation and crisis management: develop responses to media inquiries and incidents, coach market teams and handle high-stakes communications when required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Retail, Digital, Finance, Tech) to translate complex priorities into clear, consistent messaging.
  • Establish KPIs and deliver regular, data-driven reporting on communications performance, media coverage and reputation metrics.
  • Build, mentor and scale a high-energy communications team while managing budgets and agency relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive senior corporate communications experience, including crisis and reputation management.
  • Proven track record leading corporate/internal communications in a multi-market, matrix organisation — ideally within retail, consumer or beauty sectors.
  • Strong regional knowledge of the Southeast Asia & Oceania media landscape and an established PR/media network across the markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft executive narratives and lead leadership communications programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across HR, Marketing, Retail and Digital functions.
  • Proven people leader with experience building high-performing, creative teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification (e.g., MSc, MA, MBA) in communications or business is advantageous.
