Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic business intelligence and analytics insights that inform competitive, promotional, loyalty, and client strategies across the organization
  • Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations that influence business decisions, performance outcomes, and growth priorities
  • Develop analytical frameworks and methodologies to assess incrementality, client engagement, program effectiveness, and market performance
  • Lead market share, competitive intelligence, pricing, and performance analyses to support commercial strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Apply experimentation frameworks and statistical analysis to evaluate and validate business strategies and investment decisions
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business units
  • Communicate complex insights through compelling storytelling and data visualization to influence decision-making at executive levels
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous learning and innovation
  • Build scalable analytics solutions, automated reporting infrastructure, and reusable data models to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, consulting, market research, or related field
  • Proven experience leading and developing analytics teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related discipline
  • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights
  • Proven experience communicating strategic recommendations to senior leaders and executive audiences
  • Experience building scalable analytics solutions and automated reporting infrastructure
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and building partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency with competitive intelligence and market research tools (Nielsen, Circana, NPD/IRI, or similar platforms)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel including modeling, forecasting, and advanced calculations
  • Experience with SQL or similar data querying languages
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Tableau
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling capabilities
