Sephora in Singapore seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join its dynamic team. This full-time role involves developing and deploying ML applications across Southeast Asia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, train, and deploy real-time Machine Learning applications.
- Utilize deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch to develop ML models including recommendation engines and NLP.
- Serve real-time ML models using high-performance Python frameworks like FastAPI.
- Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle using tools like Kubeflow Pipelines on GCP VertexAI.
- Design and develop LLM Agents and workflows using open-source frameworks.
- Continuously improve ML and AI applications by implementing advanced techniques.
- Collaborate with product managers and data engineers to secure scalable data sources.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Data Science and Machine Learning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building and scaling real-time production ML applications.
- Proficiency in ML orchestration tools like Kubeflow Pipelines and ML frameworks such as PyTorch.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with API frameworks like FastAPI.
- Familiarity with dataset curation using BigQuery SQL and pre-processing with PySpark.

Experience
A minimum of 5 years in building and scaling real-time production Machine Learning applications, with a preference for experience in transformer models.
