Sephora — São Paulo: Senior KPI & Reporting Analyst (Supply Chain, hybrid) focused on diversity hiring (Pessoas Negras e/ou PCD) and dashboard/reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Supply Chain team to identify measurement needs and automate core KPIs.
  • Design, build and maintain management reports and interactive dashboards for operational and executive audiences.
  • Conduct strategic analyses to support decision-making and propose process improvements.
  • Interpret analytical results and translate them into actionable insights that increase operational efficiency.
  • Review and document current and future processes with emphasis on automation and optimization.
  • Support S&OP by creating and updating monthly reporting packs and proposing alternative scenarios.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand data requirements and deliver ad hoc analytical support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate degree or MBA is a differentiator.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analysis and production of management reports from large datasets, preferably within Supply Chain.
  • Advanced Excel skills (indispensable).
  • Advanced Power BI experience.
  • Prior retail and/or Supply Chain experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with SAP and Relex is a plus.
