Sephora — São Paulo: Senior KPI & Reporting Analyst (Supply Chain, hybrid) focused on diversity hiring (Pessoas Negras e/ou PCD) and dashboard/reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Supply Chain team to identify measurement needs and automate core KPIs.
- Design, build and maintain management reports and interactive dashboards for operational and executive audiences.
- Conduct strategic analyses to support decision-making and propose process improvements.
- Interpret analytical results and translate them into actionable insights that increase operational efficiency.
- Review and document current and future processes with emphasis on automation and optimization.
- Support S&OP by creating and updating monthly reporting packs and proposing alternative scenarios.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand data requirements and deliver ad hoc analytical support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate degree or MBA is a differentiator.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analysis and production of management reports from large datasets, preferably within Supply Chain.
- Advanced Excel skills (indispensable).
- Advanced Power BI experience.
- Prior retail and/or Supply Chain experience is advantageous.
- Experience with SAP and Relex is a plus.

Minimum 3 years working in data analysis and management reporting, with experience handling large datasets and building dashboards; prior exposure to supply chain and retail environments preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualification or MBA is a plus.
