Sephora Singapore seeks a Senior HR Operations Executive (12‑month contract) to manage payroll and HR administration across Singapore and the Philippines.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end monthly payroll processing for Singapore in partnership with external payroll vendors, including data preparation, validation and payroll output verification within HR systems.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and deadlines for the Philippines in liaison with third‑party vendors to ensure accurate, compliant and timely payroll delivery.
- Validate retail time & attendance data, allowances and commission calculations with retail stakeholders ahead of payroll cut‑offs.
- Administer leave processing and accruals, and support annual income reporting and tax filing activities where applicable.
- Support benefits administration (including flexi‑benefit schemes) and ensure timely, accurate processing of related invoices.
- Maintain and update employee records; manage employee lifecycle administration tasks including onboarding, offboarding, letters, claims and standard reporting.
- Support audits, generate operational reports, document and maintain SOPs, and drive continuous process improvements for payroll and HR administration.
- Deliver to strict monthly payroll timelines and uphold high standards of data confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' progressive HR operations experience with hands‑on payroll responsibility; Singapore payroll experience is essential.
- Demonstrable experience working with external payroll vendors and coordinating multi‑jurisdiction payroll activities (Philippines exposure advantageous).
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee and payroll information.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to identify and escalate anomalies.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, comfortable delivering accurate outcomes under tight timelines.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of HR operations experience with direct involvement in payroll execution for Singapore; experience coordinating payroll for the Philippines or other regional jurisdictions is a strong advantage.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
