Sephora Canada in Toronto seeks a Senior Financial Analyst (hybrid) to lead FP&A, forecasting and P&L reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own budgeting, forecasting, month‑end close and reporting for assigned P&L areas.
- Prepare and deliver leadership‑ready financial analysis, presentations and business cases to influence commercial decision‑making.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams across Canada and North America to produce accurate forecasts and actionable insights.
- Perform variance analysis during monthly close to explain performance and ensure timely, accurate results.
- Lead ad hoc analyses and project work to support strategic initiatives, risk mitigation and operational improvements.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities and recommend process or model enhancements to improve financial performance.
- Support development and optimisation of financial tools, models and processes to increase efficiency and analytical rigor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, financial reporting or accounting.
- Retail or CPG industry experience is an asset.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of progressive FP&A, financial reporting or accounting experience, ideally within retail or CPG, with demonstrated ownership of P&L processes and cross‑functional partnership across regional teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field.

The successful candidate will be located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 76,500 to CAD 94,400 per annum.
