Sephora seeks Senior Executive, Merchandising Operations in Singapore to lead regional promotional execution and commercial calendar management across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively coordinate with brand partners to secure promotional support, including discounts and Gift With Purchases (GWPs), for retailer-led initiatives
- Lead execution of approved promotions by coordinating across Supply Chain, Digital, and Marketing departments
- Ensure all logistical, digital, and marketing elements of campaigns are aligned and executed according to strategic plan
- Communicate clearly with country teams regarding upcoming promotions and campaign guidelines, monitoring adherence to regional strategy
- Manage end-to-end administration and setup of promotions within internal systems and processes with meticulous accuracy
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive regional commercial campaign calendar as the central source of truth for category teams
- Oversee billback process and administration for brand-funded promotions, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation with finance and brand teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial operations, merchandising, or related field within retail or beauty industry
- Strong understanding of retail promotional cycles and commercial calendars
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Experience
Minimum 3 years of exposure to commercial operations, merchandising, or related field, preferably within retail or beauty sectors. Demonstrated experience coordinating complex cross-functional promotional initiatives and managing commercial calendars.
