Sephora Singapore seeks Senior Executive, Data Excellence to lead BI strategy across Southeast Asia with DBT, Power BI expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate business questions and requirements into semantic data models, dashboards, and self-service data products supporting commercial and operational decision-making
- Develop, test, document, and maintain SQL data models using DBT to support reporting, dashboarding, and analytics use cases
- Design and manage intuitive, reliable, and scalable dashboards and reports in enterprise BI platforms such as Domo and Power BI
- Contribute to data governance by defining and maintaining business metrics, data definitions, documentation, ownership, and quality standards
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on Sephora data, data transformation, analytical definitions, and visualization best practices
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and communicate complex data concepts in clear, structured, and business-relevant language
- Share knowledge, use cases, and insights within the analyst community and mentor users in building data capabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience building data models with DBT
- Experience developing dashboards in a modern BI platform such as Power BI, Domo, or Tableau
- Strong analytical thinking and business curiosity with ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence non-technical audiences
- High standard of ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to data quality and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across business, analytics, and data engineering teams while independently driving deliverables

Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role; experience in retail, beauty, e-commerce, or consumer goods is advantageous.
