Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead execution and performance management of the Beauty Pass Loyalty Program for Thailand, prioritising growth in Black and Gold member segments.
  • Translate regional loyalty strategies into actionable market plans and act as primary liaison with the SEAOI Regional Loyalty Team on all Loyalty initiatives.
  • Design, launch and evaluate loyalty initiatives and member events; measure results and optimise ROI.
  • Manage the Loyalty budget for Thailand, forecasting points liability and collaborating with Finance to mitigate financial risk.
  • Curate and maintain Rewards Boutique and Birthday Gift assortments to maximise member engagement and value.
  • Train and enable store teams to acquire, retain and uptier loyalty members across retail touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with digital, merchandising, retail and bank partners to deliver promotional offers and channel‑appropriate POS and CRM materials.
  • Conduct regular market business reviews, extract and present quarterly loyalty and campaign data, and recommend optimisation levers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in CRM, loyalty, or retention marketing within retail or e‑commerce.
  • Proven ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholder relationships and influence regional partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving customer uptiering and loyalty lifecycle strategies.
  • Excellent project and budget management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced analytical capability with experience in querying and interpreting customer data.

Experience
