Sephora Singapore is hiring a Senior Executive, Category Management to drive omni‑channel brand performance and launches in Singapore.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of brands within assigned category to drive differentiation, growth, margin and space productivity across channels and markets.
- Track and analyse omni‑channel category performance (by channel, market, segment, margin, conversion and stock) and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Market Merchandising teams to ensure consistent implementation of category strategy and local executional excellence.
- Support planning, coordination and execution of product launches and in‑store / digital activations; prepare documentation, toolkits and launch plans for brands and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare category performance reports by gathering and consolidating data from multiple sources to support commercial decision‑making.
- Coordinate required commercial paperwork and liaise with brand partners to secure documentation for negotiations and agreements.
- Work closely with Supply Chain on forecasting, replenishment and inventory planning to maintain healthy stock levels and achieve brand targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑commerce or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in category management, retail buying, merchandising or a related commercial role in retail.
- Proven experience working with brands and internal stakeholders to plan and execute product launches and activations.
- Experience collaborating with Supply Chain or Planning teams on forecasting and inventory management.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present insights and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in category management, retail buying, merchandising or a related commercial function, preferably within an omni‑channel retail environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑commerce or a related field.
