Sephora Bangkok seeks Senior Executive, Brand Partnership Marketing; manage strategic brand relationships, omni-channel marketing, and cross-functional campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead unified brand partner marketing strategy development and execution to drive sales and competitive positioning across Sephora's omni-channel platform
  • Manage strategic relationships with key brand partners, advising on Sephora's marketing levers including sampling strategy, social media campaigns, co-op advertising, and consumer messaging
  • Develop profound understanding of partner brand businesses, priorities, and product portfolios; provide strategic and tactical guidance to partner leaders
  • Coordinate and lead new brand launches and monthly product introductions in collaboration with regional marketing and cross-functional teams
  • Localize global campaigns and oversee in-store communications, briefing creative teams on execution and implementation
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop insight-led strategic recommendations
  • Lead and drive brand sampling strategy with focus on Rewards Boutique procurement for Only at Sephora and other marketing initiatives
  • Manage gift-with-purchase programs and oversee local production with external suppliers
  • Secure brand participation in Sephora marketing programs and analyze ROI for collaborative initiatives and sampling investments
  • Identify opportunities for new co-op marketing partnerships and develop business cases for innovative programs
  • Coordinate with mall partners to secure premium media and promotional opportunities during Sephora campaigns
  • Serve as key contact for cross-functional teams including merchandising, digital, retail operations, and loyalty programs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, or retail marketing with digital exposure
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on program execution and project management
  • Proven experience managing marketing budgets and ROI analysis
  • Strong track record collaborating with cross-functional partners and managing client-focused business objectives
