Sephora Singapore is hiring a Senior Executive, Brand Partner Marketing to manage omnichannel brand partnerships and drive ROI across Makeup and Fragrances.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing plans for assigned brand partners across Makeup and Fragrances to drive sales and client engagement.
  • Act as the primary marketing advisor and commercial lead for assigned brands, aligning brand priorities with Sephora’s merchandising and commercial objectives.
  • Advise and co-design brand strategies including sampling, social media, co-op advertising and consumer messaging to optimise performance at Sephora.
  • Own and nurture relationships with brand partners, securing participation in Sephora marketing programs and negotiating cooperative initiatives.
  • Measure and report on Sephora and brand ROI for collaborative campaigns and sampling investments; use insights to recommend optimisations.
  • Identify and build business cases for new co-op programs, partnerships and marketing innovations that deliver mutual value.
  • Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, e-commerce, growth marketing, retail operations, creative, CRM & loyalty, training and analytics to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Define process, scope work, and manage multiple detail-oriented projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in brand marketing, retail, loyalty or agency-side advertising, preferably with some digital experience.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans and translate vision into executable programs.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and external brand partners to deliver commercial objectives.
  • Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects, timelines and detailed deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to create process where needed.

Experience
