Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise MarTech solutions end-to-end, partnering with product, marketing, technology teams and external vendors to meet business requirements on time and at scale.
- Architect and build scalable data infrastructure to support batch and real‑time ingestion into a centralized Data Lake and downstream analytics.
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and implement engineering best practices for reliable data integration and transformation.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to operationalize campaign data, CRM integrations and cross-cloud solutions on GCP/GMP with Azure integrations.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage deploy activities, and provide post-release support and fixes while maintaining rigorous quality controls.
Qualifications
- 7+ years working on large-scale data warehouse or data engineering projects with demonstrable full‑stack engineering fundamentals.
- Proven experience with ETL tools and data integration (e.g., Informatica, Pentaho, Data Stage) and building production data pipelines.
- Practical experience applying supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques and leveraging ML-as-a-Service offerings.
- Demonstrated use of AI-augmented engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude/Claude Code) and experience defining reusable prompts, standards, and governance for AI-assisted development.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to coordinate across DBAs, data analysts, product owners and senior stakeholders.

Experience
Minimum of seven years delivering large-scale data warehouse and integration projects, with hands-on experience in production ETL, cloud data platforms (GCP and Azure), machine learning models, and AI-augmented development practices.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 155,070 to USD 170,300 per annum.
