Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the team on building and deploying the Enterprise Profile Service (EPS) on Azure AKS platform
  • Design and implement Java microservices for high-availability systems utilizing object-oriented design principles, data structures, algorithms, and DBMS/SQL expertise
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements, evaluate new features, and inform architectural decisions
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments to design quality technical solutions
  • Actively participate in code reviews and test solutions to ensure adherence to best practice specifications
  • Build and foster a high-performance engineering culture, mentor team members, and provide tools and motivation for team success
