Role & Responsibilities

• Define and lead the corporate systems strategy and roadmap for core finance and corporate platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Anaplan, APTOS/SAP CAR), ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Own and execute the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration — architecture, program governance, cross-functional coordination, timeline management and risk mitigation to minimise business disruption.
• Act as principal solution architect and functional SME for finance systems, translating business requirements into scalable SAP and ancillary-systems solutions.
• Engage and influence executive stakeholders (C-level, SVP/VP, controllers) to prioritise initiatives, manage escalations and secure resources.
• Oversee program budgets, vendor relationships and contract negotiations; ensure delivery through internal teams and external implementors.
• Lead, mentor and develop a multi-disciplinary team of directors, managers, engineers and contractors to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Maintain audit readiness and compliance by managing IT audit controls, data gathering and regulatory requirements for corporate systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership within retail or consumer-facing enterprises, with substantial ownership of corporate finance systems.
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA migrations and deep familiarity with SAP ECC and S/4HANA finance architecture.
• Extensive functional knowledge across General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Controlling, Costing, Sales Audit, Procurement and financial consolidation.
• Proven executive communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at SVP/VP/C-suite levels.
• 7+ years of people leadership at the director level or above, including experience managing managers, cross-functional teams and external systems implementors.
• Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering or MIS (Finance) required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 271,530 to USD 301,700 per annum.
