Sephora São Paulo seeks a Senior Demand Planning Analyst (hybrid) to own forecasting, inventory strategy and supplier collaboration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce, review and adjust the monthly demand forecast and quantify impacts from unforeseen events to maintain alignment with market trends and seasonality.
- Ensure global forecast consistency with market dynamics and product seasonality; translate strategic inputs into operational demand plans.
- Conduct monthly alignment meetings with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to define and adjust brand-level replenishment and promotional strategies.
- Define end‑of‑life, collection clearance and excess inventory strategies to optimise stock levels and margin impact.
- Update future forecasts within the planning tool according to demand signals and business assumptions.
- Manage forecast and stockout alerts within planning and replenishment systems and drive corrective actions.
- Assess promotion impacts on demand, ensure correct master data and sales uplift drivers are applied for event planning.
- Validate sales and inventory requirements to support commercial operations and ensure store and site availability.
- Generate weekly purchase orders based on requirement and coverage calculations and provide sell‑out forecasts to suppliers and brands.
- Support store teams (managers and regional managers) and suppliers with replenishment information for shops and e‑commerce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (required).
- Minimum three years' experience in demand planning, supply planning or inventory management; retail experience is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of replenishment and purchasing concepts and commercial KPIs such as turnover (giro), coverage, inventory, safety stock, fill rate and stockouts.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication skills with suppliers and commercial teams.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in demand planning, supply planning or inventory planning; prior retail planning experience preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
