Sephora Senior CRM Manager, Neuilly-sur-Seine, France | Lead CRM strategy and team across Europe, manage multi-channel campaigns in Adobe Campaign.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CRM strategy and planning across assigned markets, ensuring alignment with business priorities and driving revenue impact
- Manage a team of 2 CRM Campaign Experts plus one apprentice, ensuring professional development and consistent delivery quality
- Oversee deployment of multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, print) in Adobe Campaign v8, maintaining execution excellence and adherence to standards
- Analyze key CRM performance indicators (conversion, incrementality, profitability) and develop actionable optimization plans
- Identify, formalize, and disseminate CRM best practices across Sephora and externally
- Define and lead CRM capabilities development in collaboration with Client Strategy and Data Science teams
- Drive mobile app CRM strategy, with particular focus on push notifications and customer engagement
- Evaluate and pilot new CRM communication channels (RCS, WhatsApp) to assess incremental business value
- Partner with Growth, Digital, and local CRM teams to ensure consistent, omnichannel customer experiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Marketing, Statistics, or IT
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience
- At least 5 years of campaign management on large databases in retail, e-commerce, or consulting
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Campaign v8 or equivalent marketing automation platform
- Proven team management experience in client-side or service center environments
- Strong analytical capabilities with clear business acumen
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop teams
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required
