Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead end‑to‑end CRM strategy and execution for an assigned market group, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and European marketing activations.
- Own campaign performance: design KPI frameworks, run conversion and incrementality analyses, and deliver actionable optimization plans to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Manage and develop a team of CRM Campaign Experts (2) plus an apprentice, ensuring high standards of delivery and continuous skills development.
- Oversee multi‑channel campaign deployment (email, SMS, push, print) and automated/personalised programs in Adobe Campaign v8, guaranteeing operational excellence and adherence to standards.
- Drive CRM performance improvement and dissemination of best practices across markets; recommend and deploy initiatives to improve contactability, omnichannel pressure, and personalization.
- Steer customer experience enhancements and contribute to the evolution of Adobe Campaign v8 capabilities to support advanced personalization and performance goals.
- Ensure CRM operational governance: structure and refine targeting, validation and deployment processes, manage documentation, monitor operational KPIs and coordinate with external service centres.
- Act as primary liaison with IT to coordinate the European campaign calendar, anticipate peaks and secure technical support for complex activations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years managing campaigns on large databases; experience in retail, e‑commerce or consulting preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Campaign v8 with demonstrable experience implementing automated and highly personalized campaigns.
- Proven people management experience (direct or via service centre) with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and strong commercial acumen; demonstrated ability to translate data into optimisation roadmaps.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
