Role & Responsibilities

  • Construct, consolidate and maintain comprehensive compensation and benefits databases, ensuring standardization and data integrity for decision-making.
  • Prepare and validate payroll and compensation inputs for merit cycles, promotions and bonus payments, including scenario modelling, eligibility checks and timeline controls.
  • Conduct salary structure analyses, external benchmarking and dispersion studies to support competitive pay decisions and internal equity.
  • Support organizational structure reviews and job-matching exercises using established methodologies (e.g., Mercer IPE, Korn Ferry), including job scope analysis and market comparators.
  • Perform data audits and validation to identify inconsistencies, propose corrective actions and prevent operational errors in remuneration processes.
  • Produce analytical reports and executive-ready presentations (Excel, PowerPoint) to communicate results, KPIs and recommendations to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement by automating controls, optimising spreadsheets and proposing process redesigns to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Collaborate closely with HR business partners and cross-functional teams to deliver timely operational support and respond to ad hoc compensation and benefits requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field; postgraduate specialization in People Management, Finance or related disciplines preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' professional experience in Compensation & Benefits within large national or multinational organisations.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
  • Proven experience managing compensation cycles (merit, promotions, bonuses) and strategic benefits programmes.
  • Demonstrated ability to present indicators and analytic insights to senior stakeholders and to participate in implementation projects for rewards programmes.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in compensation and benefits roles within large national or multinational companies, including execution of merit and bonus cycles, benefits management and participation in rewards-related implementation projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualification in People Management, Business Administration, Corporate Finance or similar is desirable.
