Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor sales and stock coverage by store and product to request additional supply when needed.
- Develop monthly analyses of future stock coverage by SKU for planning and execution of new orders.
- Support managers in strategic decisions and oversee the open-to-buy (OTB) process.
- Analyze sales performance, stock levels, stockouts, margins, and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate the delivery of new product launches to stores, collaborating with the supply chain team.
- Review and adjust monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment with market trends and seasonality.
- Analyze the impact of promotions on forecasts and validate necessary sales and stock for commercial operations.
- Manage the forecast and performance of new product launches, making necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of international trade, especially for imported goods.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Retail experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
