Sephora Shanghai is hiring a Senior Category Replenishment Specialist to manage omni‑channel inventory, replenishment and supplier coordination.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Category Replenishment Manager to drive end‑to‑end inventory KPIs and overall supply chain efficiency.
- Translate category merchandising strategies into actionable replenishment and supply plans for omni‑channel fulfilment.
- Monitor out‑of‑stock (OOS) and fulfilment status on a regular basis, escalate issues and consolidate recovery plans for line leaders.
- Execute manual pushes for sets, single SKUs and tester allocations where required and ensure timely stock deployment.
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure resilient supply, mitigate risks and support supplier collaboration initiatives.
- Provide reporting, tracking and visibility of key data to cross‑functional teams and support continuous improvement projects to raise operational accuracy.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years' professional experience in supply chain, inventory management, replenishment or planning.
- Basic understanding of omni‑channel retail models and category inventory dynamics.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL; exposure to Power BI, Tableau or automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and the ambition to grow into an independent manager role; able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience
0–3 years' experience in supply chain, inventory management or planning, preferably with exposure to retail replenishment processes and omni‑channel operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, engineering or a related discipline preferred.
