Sephora seeks a Senior Category Manager - Care in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France to lead skincare & haircare brand strategy and omnichannel growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the skincare and haircare brand portfolio to maximize sales, profitability and inventory turnover through a strategic brand and product mix.
- Develop and scale flagship brands and exclusive ‘Only at Sephora’ concepts across online and offline channels to reinforce differentiation.
- Analyze market dynamics and trends to define Sephora’s commercial priorities and drive destination positioning in care.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard new brands to strengthen Sephora’s care assortment and reputation as a care destination.
- Communicate category strategy clearly to 18 markets, secure alignment, simplify execution and monitor performance across markets.
- Design and pilot new commercial concepts and revenue levers (e.g., Sephora Favorites, Minis & More, services) to enhance assortment and convert demand.
Qualifications
- University degree or business school qualification.
- Fluent English (international profile) required.
- Proven organizational leadership, rigor and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical capability and comfort with numbers; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactivity, commercial orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation aptitude and autonomy.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or digital marketing with strong knowledge of skincare and haircare; demonstrable experience managing brand portfolios, driving omnichannel initiatives and coordinating execution across multiple markets.
Education
University degree or business school diploma.
