Sephora seeks Senior Brand Partnerships Group Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine to lead European luxury brand partnerships and management of 50+ beauty brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop brand partnership strategy in collaboration with offer, digital, marketing, supply, finance, and legal departments
- Define future partnership strategies and support international brands in executing European growth initiatives
- Manage relationships and conduct negotiations with international suppliers to secure and implement annual agreements across all regional markets
- Legally secure negotiated agreements on regional scope working with legal teams
- Oversee team performance and results tied to brand portfolio scope; develop corrective action plans as required
- Support and mentor team members in their personal development and career progression
- Lead team to achieve growth targets through constructive approaches balancing brand and retailer objectives
- Optimize collaboration and cross-functional processes while driving continuous improvement of European centralization
Qualifications
- Higher education degree (Bac+4/5): engineering, business school, or purchasing/procurement specialization
- Minimum 10 years of negotiation experience in selective distribution or international retail contexts
- At least 3 years of team management experience
- Strong expertise in purchasing and supplier negotiations
- Solid legal knowledge relevant to international brand partnerships
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent written and spoken communication in French and English
- Product knowledge in prestige beauty and cosmetics

Experience
Minimum 10 years of negotiation experience in selective distribution or international retail environments, with at least 3 years in team management. Demonstrated expertise in multi-brand portfolio management, international negotiations, and European market dynamics.
Education
Higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in engineering, business administration, or procurement/purchasing specialization.
