Sephora seeks experienced Supervisor for new Hurstville store, Sydney. Lead 20+ beauty advisors in full-time role with competitive hourly remuneration plus superannuation and commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team of 20+ beauty advisors, fostering a high-performance culture and operational excellence
- Drive commercial performance and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through targeted coaching and sales leadership
- Serve as the Client Experience Lead (CEL), overseeing client and team matters within a fast-paced environment and making critical store decisions
- Utilize and interpret reporting data to inform operational decisions, collaborating with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
- Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management and training, stock control, and visual merchandising
- Facilitate open and constructive communication within the team, providing impactful feedback and maintaining dialogue with the wider management team
- Work rotating shifts to support store needs, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Embody Sephora's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience and serve as a role model and mentor
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- Extensive experience managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Experience with stock control and visual merchandising
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and daily reporting
- Deep passion for delivering exceptional client service and creating an experiential retail environment
