Role & Responsibilities

• Inspire consumer loyalty to Sephora with passion and dedication.
• Execute store operations with a focus on selected functional areas.
• Support and provide feedback to Beauty Advisors.
• Monitor store performance and KPIs, taking ownership to meet or exceed targets.
• Identify sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to management.
• Collaborate productively with team members and support them as needed.
• Guide and train team members on brand and product knowledge.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures, ensuring efficient store operations.
• Perform cash register transactions accurately and minimize stock loss.
• Exemplify exceptional customer service and train team members to enhance their skills.
• Act as a Sephora Ambassador, embodying the brand's attitude and values.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school education.

Skills

Experience

A minimum of 6 months' experience in a beauty or fashion customer-focused retail environment is preferred.
